- process your subscription;
- provide requested app functionality;
- respond to service-related requests.
Consent
We may rely on your consent for:

- protecting Belori and its users;
- preventing fraud and abuse;
- maintaining security;
- diagnosing errors;
- improving the app;

- maintain legally required transaction or accounting records;
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
4. Local Storage and Cloud Synchronization
Belori is designed to store app information locally on your device.
When you sign in and enable or use synchronization, information associated with your account may also be uploaded to cloud services provided through Google Firebase.
Cloud synchronization allows you to:
- access your pet records on multiple devices;
- restore records after changing or reinstalling a device;
- maintain a cloud backup;
- share supported information with other authorized users where sharing functionality is available.
Information may be transmitted between your device and cloud services whenever synchronization is active.

Belori may allow you to share pets, pet groups, locations, or related records with another Belori user.
When you intentionally enable sharing, the invited user may be able to see information associated with the shared pets or group, including:

When sharing is revoked, the other user’s access through Belori will be removed according to the available sharing functionality.

We use third-party service providers to operate Belori.
Google Firebase
Firebase services may be used for:
- user authentication;
- cloud database storage;
- synchronization;
- file storage;
- analytics;
- security and diagnostic functions.
Depending on the Firebase services enabled in the released version of Belori, Google may process account identifiers, IP addresses, device information, app-instance identifiers, usage data, and content stored through the service.
RevenueCat
RevenueCat is used to manage and verify subscriptions and in-app purchases.
RevenueCat may process:
- App User ID;
- subscription and entitlement status;
- purchase history;
- transaction information;
- store and product information;
- app version;
- device platform;

RevenueCat processes end-user information on behalf of Belori for the purpose of providing subscription infrastructure.
Apple and Google
Apple and Google process app downloads, purchases, subscription payments, refunds, and account-related store activity.
Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies and agreements.
Authentication Providers
When you use Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, the selected provider processes your authentication request according to its own privacy policy.
We may also use hosting, email, customer support, security, or infrastructure providers where necessary to operate Belori. Such providers may process only the information required to perform their services.
7. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Account and Cloud Data
Account information and synchronized pet records are normally retained while your account remains active.
When you delete individual records, they are removed from active app storage during the normal synchronization process.
When you request account deletion, associated account and cloud records will be deleted from active systems without undue delay and normally within 30 days, unless retention is required by law or necessary to resolve security, fraud, or legal issues.
Residual copies may remain temporarily in encrypted backups or service-provider recovery systems. Such copies are isolated from normal use and removed according to applicable backup retention cycles, normally within [insert actual maximum backup retention period, for example 90 days].
Local Data
Local data remains on your device until:
- you delete it through the app;
- you delete your Belori account using an option that also removes local data;
- you clear the app’s storage;
- you uninstall the app.
Device-level backups controlled by Apple, Google, or the device manufacturer may be subject to their own retention policies.
Analytics Data
Analytics and diagnostic information is retained according to the retention settings configured in Firebase and Google Analytics.
Aggregated or anonymized information that can no longer reasonably identify you may be retained for a longer period for statistical and product-improvement purposes.
Purchase Information
Subscription and transaction information may be retained for as long as necessary to:
- provide subscription access;
- handle refunds and disputes;
- prevent fraud;
- comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may retain certain transaction records independently according to their own legal obligations and retention policies.

Belori → Settings → Account & Synchronization → Delete Account
Read all data deletion instructions
You may also request account deletion through the following webpage:
Alternatively, you may contact:
To protect your account, we may need to verify that the deletion request was made by the account owner.
Deleting your account is intended to delete:
- your Belori account;
- associated Firebase Authentication information;
- synchronized pet profiles;
- synchronized pet events and attributes;
- synchronized photographs and documents;
- account settings;
- cloud sharing relationships;
- RevenueCat customer information associated with your Belori user identifier, where applicable;
- other cloud records directly associated with your account.
Some information may be retained where required by law or where necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or legal claims.
If records belong to another user and were only shared with you, deleting your account does not delete the original owner’s records.
Subscription Cancellation
Deleting your Belori account does not automatically cancel an active subscription purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play.
You must cancel the subscription separately through your Apple or Google subscription settings.
Deleting an account may cause you to lose access to premium functionality and synchronized data even if the store subscription remains active.
Deleting RevenueCat customer information does not necessarily delete transaction records maintained independently by Apple or Google.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against:
- unauthorized access;
- unauthorized alteration;
- disclosure;
- accidental loss;
- destruction;
- misuse.

- monitoring and logging;
- separation of user data by account identifier;
- deletion and retention procedures.
However, no electronic storage or transmission system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for protecting access to your device, email account, Google Account, Apple Account, and Belori authentication credentials.
Please contact us if you believe your account or data has been accessed without authorization.
