Your Belori data may be stored locally on your device, remotely in your synchronized account, or both. Choose the option below that matches what you want to remove.
Important: Uninstalling Belori removes local app data from that device, but it does not delete synchronized remote data or your Belori account.

Delete local data from your device
To remove data stored locally on your phone or tablet, use your device’s standard app and storage controls. You can also remove the local data by uninstalling Belori.
No sign-in is required for this option.

Synchronized data
Delete data stored remotely
Use the built-in deletion option in Belori:
Sign in to your Belori account.
Open Settings.
Select Account & Synchronization.
Select Delete Data and follow the confirmation prompts.
This removes the synchronized data associated with your account without requiring you to delete the account itself.

Delete your Belori account
You can request complete account deletion in either of these ways:
Option A — In the app
Sign in to your Belori account.
Open Settings.
Select Account & Synchronization.
Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation prompts.
Option B — Without the app
Use our online request form and provide the email associated with your account and an email where we can contact you.
